How long does shipping take...?

Delivery of product in stock will take approximately 3-5 days. From the time of ordering. After placing your order, you will receive an instant E-mail confirming your payment has been received. You will then receive a second E-mail within 32 hours listing the details of your order location, tracking number, and expected arrival time.

Delivery of product orders not in stock will take approximately 45 days. This includes 10 days to manufacture the order and about 32 - 35 days to allow for order processing and transportation to Canada, and 2 days for transportation to your destination from our warehouse. After pricing your order, you can find out if your order is in stock by sending your E-mail to sales@buybassi.com . All orders not in stock require a 50% deposit. All orders not in stock will be sent a separate secure link to complete your order deposit transaction

From the time of ordering, you will receive your tracking number after the 10 days of manufacturing to follow your order.

Where can I get samples...?

You can order samples by checking into our store ( See Our Product Page ). Select " samples " from the drop down menu. Proceed throughout the pages and enter your payment method in our secure site information fields. From there, you will receive an instant e-mail notifying you of the completed shipping payment transaction. Once completed you will recieve an additional E-mail notifying you of your samples tracking number and instructions how to track your order.

How do I complete payment for products ... ?

All of our products available are listed in our store ( See Our Product Page ). At the end of your shopping selection for any product, you are directed to our secure site where your payment selection can be completed. Once completing our form and your transaction is complete, you will receive an instant E-mail comfirming your order has been successfully processed

What is the difference between "horizontal grain" and "vertical grain" ... ?

The horizontal grain features three layers of bamboo planks placed face up. This shows a clearer view of the bamboo knots. The vertical grain is made by placing the bamboo cuts on edge and pressing them.
